Today that involves issuing statutory demands and letters of demand on, respectively, companies and individuals. I go through the various loan agreements and make a note of what documents need to be served.

This afternoon, I am tasked with drafting a statutory declaration in support of the registration of our client's trade mark on the basis that it has been used by our client for over 20 years, during which time it has acquired distinctive character and is well-recognised as a trade mark in the marketplace.
